About six weeks ago this blog was a black hole. Stuff went in but never came out. Seriously, I think I had like four followers. Now, I know that it’s silly to get caught up in the game of likes or follows or reblogs or gold stars. That game is pretty lame, but equally detrimental is the idea of never getting any feedback at all.
The last 6-7 weeks has been such a crazy experience filled with new friends and positive reinforcement. Seeing people responding to work that I’m posting has been really exciting, and I wanted to take a second to say thank you to anyone that’s been supporting me. I especially want to thank all of the phoot campers. I was a complete outsider going into it this, and every person took me in so openly. Y’all have always been inspirations, but now you’re friends.
